How our gift card works:
To buy a CaptainText gift card, simply choose the value, fill out the form, and complete the purchase. They will be delivered by email within minutes to any person with a valid email address.
It is very easy to redeem the gift cards’ credit value on captaintext.com: you just need to enter the code that is indicated on your card in the dedicated field when you are processing to the checkout after having chosen the product that you want to purchase. You can use the credit value of your card on any item on captaintext.com.
The gift cards are entirely virtual. You can print yours if you want to give a physical gift, otherwise, the code suffices to redeem its credit value.
Please also note that our gift cards:
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Can only be redeemed on captaintext.com
- If they are lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us at info@captaintext.com for replacing it.
- There are no usage or monthly maintenance fees.
